The alarm went off at 6:45 am and we were off!

A day in Saratoga including a couple races at the track followed by Old Frienss Equine fundraiser at Saratoga National Golf Club!  

I had so much fun baking all week and packaging nearly ten pounds of delicious and healthy Nickers and some yummy PB Rovers for the lucky silent auction doner who won my basket!  

It was an honor to meet Old Friends Equine founder Michael  Blowen who flew in from Kentucky for this important event. Joanne Pepper was a gracious host and we met so many wonderful horse enthusiasts....some that had Buffalo connections too!  

We are working hard on a promotion we hope to roll out this fall to raise even more money for this important organization dedicated to the care and health of retired successful and even not so successful racehorses!!  OldFriendsEquine.org
